He has thrived in renewable operations by adhering to strong principles in financial stewardship, building culture among his peers, and developing employees. Throughout his career, Randy has built a vast network of renewable energy professionals and business relationships that he utilizes to provide quality services to his clients. Senior Sales Manager, Mike Reynolds, has over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy industry. He brings a strong technical background in wind energy and major component operations, combined with a proven ability to deliver solution-based sales across multiple industries. Mike specializes in connecting clients with advanced aerial inspection solutions, including drone-based services for renewable energy assets, plant inspections, solar thermal surveys, aerial thermal inspections, and storm damage evaluations. Leveraging extensive hands-on field experience, he has built a reputation for earning customer trust, identifying operational needs, and delivering high-value solutions. Known for his ability to develop strong, long-term partnerships, Mike consistently helps clients improve efficiency, safety, and overall asset performance.

Principal Consultant
Principal Consultant, Seth Havlak, is a renewable energy technician with over 16 years of experience in the wind energy industry, delivering operational excellence across the full asset lifecycle. Holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree and brings a well-rounded background spanning operations & maintenance, construction, commissioning, and quality control for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Provides technical advisory services to improve performance, enhance compliance, and reduce risk. Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW) with strong knowledge of electrical safety and industry standards.
